Planning figures are not submitted
The six planning tools calculate in your browser. Amounts, labels and rows are not submitted to our server by the plugin, stored in a WordPress database, put in a cookie, or saved in local or session storage. We do not connect the tools to a bank, payment provider or financial account.
Working values are held in page memory. Refreshing, leaving or closing the page clears this working state, subject to your browser’s own form restoration behavior. Clear inputs before sharing a device. No system can prevent a compromised device or browser extension from reading what you type.
Information you should not enter
Do not enter passwords, one-time codes, account or card numbers, security answers, identity documents or statements. Use neutral labels instead of identifying financial details. The tools do not need them.
Prints and downloads
A print or text download is generated locally from your result. The website does not receive a copy through the plugin. Your browser, operating system, cloud print service, shared printer, synced folder or backup provider may handle the file under its own settings. You decide whether and with whom to share it.
Contact messages are different
If you submit the Contact form, the name, reply email, topic and message are sent to WordPress and forwarded to the site owner using the configured mail service. A form security token and hidden spam-trap field are also processed. The plugin does not create a contact-submission database. Mail providers and server infrastructure can retain operational records, and the recipient may retain correspondence as needed to address the request.
Provide only what is needed for a website enquiry. Do not include personal financial data. Contact messages are used to respond, investigate a website issue and maintain service security; they are not inputs to any planning tool.
Ordinary web requests and other software
Your host may log IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, browser details and error information when serving pages. This plugin does not put planning figures into request URLs. WordPress, your theme, anti-spam services, security software or other plugins can collect information independently. Retention depends on the owner’s infrastructure and provider settings.
The supplied plugin includes no analytics, advertising pixels, external font requests or third-party calculation APIs. Adding those services changes the live site’s privacy position and requires the owner to update notices and obtain any necessary consent.
Retention, sharing and controls
There is no server-side planning history to retrieve, correct or delete. Clear the working page and delete downloaded or printed copies you no longer need. Contact the owner through the Contact page about correspondence or privacy questions without resending sensitive data.
Contact and hosting data may be handled by service providers and in locations where they operate. We do not claim a particular retention period, legal basis or transfer arrangement without the owner verifying its actual setup. Any applicable privacy rights remain subject to local law and identity verification where necessary.
Changes and questions
The owner should revise this policy when site behavior or providers change. The effective date identifies this version. If you believe planning figures have been requested or transmitted unexpectedly, stop entering data and report the page and behavior through Contact using invented examples only.
