Use the form below to report a calculation issue, a broken page, an accessibility barrier, a privacy question or a correction to our documentation. Include the tool name, your browser and the steps that caused the issue. If an example is useful, use invented amounts and neutral labels.
What not to send
Never send bank login details, account or card numbers, security codes, identity documents, statements or a personal balance. We cannot access an account, resolve a bank dispute or retrieve money. For an account problem, use your bank’s own verified contact route.
What happens to your message
Unlike the planning tools, this contact form deliberately sends the name, reply email, topic and message you submit to the website’s server and the site owner’s email service. The plugin does not save form submissions to a contact database. Server and mail providers may keep operational records; email correspondence may be retained to handle your request.
A success message means WordPress accepted the email for sending, not that delivery or a reply is guaranteed. There is no guaranteed response time. If you do not want to send information through the form, do not submit it. The tools remain available without contacting us.
